Chefs of Foodstock Orlando

Executive Chef Jose Gonzalez developed a passion and love for Latin cuisine while he was growing up in South America and Spain, and this passion is what he enjoys sharing most with his guests, embodied in each ingredient of every dish he serves.

Chef Jamie McFadden is the award-winning Executive Chef and Founder of the Cuisiniers Catered Cuisine & Events, Winter Park Florida.  Chef Jamie is a recipient of the Best Chefs America Recognition and the only caterer to receive Central Florida’s Top 20 Chef’s awarded by the Restaurant Forum. Chef Jamie is Orlando Sentinel’s  inductee to the Culinary Hall of Fame and Orlando Business Journal’s 40 under 40 inductee. He appeared as a  Guest Chef  at the James Beard House in New York City and on NBC’s Today Show.

Executive Chef, John Currier, has over 23 years of experience in hotels, yacht clubs and restaurants.  John attended  the Culinary Institute of the Arts and John has catered groups from 25-2,500.  John has been with Ferg’s in St. Petersburg for over 5 years and was responsible for the menu and the kitchen opening of Ferg’s Depot in Orlando.

Chef Ryan Hunt has worked in different styles of restaurants and cuisines throughout Orlando, including Emeril’s Tchoup Chop at the Lowes Royal Pacific Resort and Norman Van Aken’s restaurant, Norman’s at the Ritz Carlton Grande Lakes. He has also worked alongside the likes of famed Chef’s Jerimiah Tower and Dean Fearing as well as some great Orlando renowned talent. Being quickly drawn to the uniqueness of the Tin Roof, Ryan felt that he would make a great asset to the Tin Roof team.
